Aerial View of Chur

We seem to have dried up! Not a problem, as what we have up is an excellent record of our holiday, and I'm sure we have enjoyed sharing our photo-memories. I have a few more to add; I waited so as not to duplicate what others were posting. Here is a composite of Google Earth images of Chur, with our main spots marked. Thought it might be interesting to see just how all those back alleys actually connect! Don't forget, to see the original full size picture, double click the thumbnail on the blog page.

Taken on Bank Holiday Monday; by 8 o'clock the next morning this area was filled with bikes! Don't ask us about the fluorescent tyres - we don't know why...!

The Tour Manager!

Now we are really flying! Here's a couple of shots of our excellent Tour Manager, Jan Combes, the top one at Zermatt, hobnobbing with her fellow TM [was it David? - somebody tell me and I'll edit this post!] The lower picture from Marion Harrison shows her in Paris at Gare de Lyon.

'Happy' at Gornegrat. When talking to the man in charge I commented that the dog appeared quite old. His reply was "Oh no, this year he had 5 female dogs to keep happy". Large pinch of salt?
